about this project

This project is designed to be a modern, luxury seaside community within the existing, distinguished neighborhood of Bel Air. The white forms, inspired by sails, are meant to lighten the feel of these otherwise solid townhouse condominiums. The interiors are open plan and flexible to the taste of the owners, but provide a framework for contemporary living. Development features include rooftop contemplative spaces, private infinity pools, high tech security, a boardwalk and jetty, and a clubhouse with a bistro, fitness centre and convenience shops.
