To provide 8 residential units for our client, ACLA architecture negotiated the height restriction with Town & Country Planning Division to facilitate our design of this 3-storey gated development in Cascade with 6 townhouses below and 2 penthouse apartments above. This contemporary design features an infinity pool, an ‘intensive’ green roof at the penthouse level, an open plan concept for the kitchen, living and dining spaces, parking for residents and visitors, as well as a glass-front elevator to the penthouse level.
