Republic Bank approached us to develop this landmark project at the main entrance to the University of the West Indies campus to create a unique student-focused space. The project comprises of a retail bank, urban plaza/ public space and commercial shops. A special requirement of the brief was to create a multi-function space that could accommodate car parking during the daytime, and public events in the evening. We collaborated with our landscape architects to achieve this and other thoughtful urbanscape features.
