The University of the West Indies have a longstanding relationship with Republic Bank Limited. When Republic Bank first approached us to develop this landmark project at the main entrance to the campus, we took on the challenge of creating a unique student-focused space. The project comprises of a retail bank, urban plaza/ public space and commercial shops. A special requirement of the brief was to create a multi-function space that could accommodate car parking during the daytime, and public events in the evening.
