This 20,000 SF retail bank interior fit-out is the pilot execution of the RBL Brand Architecture, developed in 2022 by ACLA architecture. The goal of this branch architecture manual was to equip Republic Bank with a fit-out manual to ensure that their branches all offer a consistent, customer-centric banking experience. The design is intended to speak to multiple generations without marginalising one or the other. Through the creation of four specific zones- attract, connect, transact and educate, the design seeks to provide comfort and clarity for all visitors to the branch, while prompting them to explore more than they may have intended to during their visit.
