Located in Port of Spain, this 800 SQ FT. interior apartment renovation took the existing space and transitioned it into a refined yet bold sense of place. The living and dining areas are open concept to maximise the functionality of the small scale interior, with a balance between a light and dark colour palette that assist in creating a grander illusion. Despite the challenges that occur whilst renovating during a pandemic, we worked closely with the clients budget and the project managed to still be delivered on time.
