about this project

Located along the Gulf of Paria, this 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, 4000 SF interior fit out was designed and managed by ACLA architecture. This unique + contemporary home was economically executed through a careful balance of a sophisticated palette and the reliance on support from expert local suppliers and fabricators. From oversized timber doors to Lutron integrated technologies, no detail was spared in this fit out. A design-build approach was adopted as ACLA was contracted during the heat of construction of the superstructure. The agility of our in house 3D rendering played a crucial role in the quick delivery of all design concepts to both client and contractor.
