about this project

This existing 3 storey house was originally built with a Moroccan design intent to celebrate the past homeowners culture. These Moroccan elements are now emphasized through the design as the current palette offers complementary, modern elements to enable those distinctive pieces to stand out. The interior takes advantage of the site’s panoramic views by the use of expansive glass windows. This, paired with the project’s tasteful selection of finishes and fixtures offers a unique experience on each storey, while maintaining a seamless transition from one space to another. This renovation consists of all locally sourced materials.
